Mark Bloom and Mark Johnson have over sixty-five years combined experience in new home construction, building construction including historic rehabilitation, light commercial, HVAC, roofing, framing, remodeling and general construction.

To ensure buyer satisfaction, a written 10 year limited warranty through Residential Warranty Corporation, is included with the purchase of each DeGraff Bloom home. In addition, one year after closing, Mark Bloom personally visits each home. DeGraff Bloom also employs and subcontracts with some of the best in the business, giving our home buyers the reassurance they need, and a quality home building experience they deserve.
